Hey there, I'm Rafael Lorran. I was born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, and moved to Portugal with my family at the age of 15. From an early age, I developed a passion for storytelling, which led me to study Cinema and later pursue a master's degree in Creative Advertising. During my studies, I discovered a special affinity for production, set design, screenwriting, and everything involved in the creation of films and commercials. I’m always looking to get involved in social projects and highlight the importance of sustainability and sociological aspects whenever the opportunity arises.
After completing my master's, I had the opportunity to intern at Serviceplan, an advertising agency in Madrid, where I worked as a creative copywriter. There, I actively participated in the filming of various campaigns, significantly contributing to the creative process. My passion for production also led me to coordinate humanitarian events in Lisbon, which reinforced my commitment to social causes and expanded my professional perspective.
Beyond my work, I am a great appreciator of the arts and sports. In my leisure time, I dedicate myself to cinema, literature, and writing poetry and fiction – I'm currently working on my first book. In sports, I play competitive volleyball, participating in national leagues and tournaments across Europe. I'm also an avid tennis player and deeply value the time I spend with my friends and family.
